Your bike is wheeled up the ramp under control, locked into a front wheel chock and secured with soft-loop straps that hold the bike by the frame and bars rather than the bodywork. Nothing is overtightened, and we check the straps again before setting off.
If the bike has been dropped or damaged in an accident, we'll take photos with you before loading so there's a clear record of its condition.
